Authentic Outdoor Pet Family Portraits
Process:
This outdoor family portrait session was bittersweet because the family received bad news about their beloved dog, Cash, who wasn’t expected to live much longer. Meanwhile, they had just been blessed with a new baby. So, it was important for them to capture some authentic family portraits while Cash was still here.
We headed over to Alta Vista Gardens in Vista because it not only provides a colorful backdrop for portraits, but it’s a place that this family visits together frequently. I felt honored to capture these last moments they had with Cash before he passed because I know it meant a lot to them and I could feel the love they had for him.
